The best possible every minute on the floor

Dusan Kecman was the player that took his turn in front of the camera of the Euroleague TV. That’s what Kecman said about his first impressions of Panathinaikos and the goals: His personal goals and the goals of the team for this year.

“I talked with Obradovic and I know that my role is every minute that I spend on the court to do my best for the team; to help the team as much as I can especially in the defence. Me and Nicola joined the team late and we‘ll try to do our best to adopt the game of the team as soon as possible.

Last season we really made great results in Euroleague. Without the fans maybe we wouldn’t get those results. They supported us in every Euroleague game, the gym was crowded, 7-8000 fans. I know that OAKA is much bigger, that 17-18000 fans of Panathinaikos can come and watch the game. I know the atmosphere is similar to the one in Partizan, so I am glad to play in front of these fans.

The goals of Panathinaikos are every year the same. To reach the final four is the first step and to defend the titles in the Greek championship and the Greek cup. For me is to use every minute coach Obradovic give to me. We know that Panathinaikos all players are great. Everybody can play all quality players that can be in the rotation. Everybody we‘ll give their best for the best results.

I think that every player know their role know how to play, how to adjust. The most important is the team spirit. To play five men together and to support each other if the result is not good. But I think that we’ll have good results this year”.
