“We had scouted AEK very well and we had found their key players like Sakota. We managed to play good defense and contain them. I am satisfied with the defense we played. We made mistakes, but I liked our defensive pressure. I wish AEK good luck in the league.”
Lefteris Bochoridis talked on behalf of his teammates at the press conference after the match: “We had lost the game against Bayern and we had to react. Although we had little time for preparation, our coach helped us get on the court determined not to leave AEK room for hopes of winning the game.
