Argyris Pedoulakis, Panathinaikos' coach, stated: "Panathinaikos comes here every year. For me it's the second time. It's very important for the team. These kids set an example for all of us, because they are fighters. We fight too on court, but these kids' fight is far more important. They are an inspiration to all of us, even during the games. Sometimes we refer to them during a halftime. It's an opportunity especially for the young athletes to experience something new, something different next to these kids".
Mike Batiste noted: "We are here again for these children. It's very important to bring joy to them. They are the example to follow. They fight every day, they are here... I would like to wish them all the best for Christmas and the new year. To them and to all of you".
