Panathinaikos AKTOR was defeated in the final of the Stoiximan Super Cup by Olympiacos (85-86) in a tournament held in Rhodes.
Marius Grigonis (19 points) and Kostas Sloukas (18 points) led the scoring for Panathinaikos, followed by Kendrick Nunn (15 points), Jerian Grant (12 points), and Mathias Lessort (11 points).
Olympiacos established a small lead in the first quarter, reaching +7 (14-21 at 8'). Gradually, Panathinaikos AKTOR became more effective from the perimeter, narrowing the gap to two points (27-29 at 15') thanks to Marius Grigonis. The first half ended with Panathinaikos AKTOR trailing by seven (38-45).
At the start of the second half, Olympiacos led by eight (44-52 at 24'), but Panathinaikos AKTOR quickly responded. With Kostas Sloukas and Jerian Grant in key roles, they turned the game around, taking a five-point lead (62-57 at 28').
Olympiacos responded with a mini-run, regained the lead (67-69 at 34'), and ultimately secured the victory (85-86).
