Panathinaikos is in the final of the Greek Cup where he will play against Olympiacos for the first trophy of the year. The owner of the Greek Cup beat Panellinios in Kipseli, 76-70, and took the ticket to the great final. The game wasn’t easy for the players of Zelimir Obradovic, who had for most valuable player in the court Sarounas Jasikevicious with 21 points.
A lot of help was given by Vasillis Spanoulis, Stratos Perperoglou and Mike Batiste.
Panathinaikos was the best team in the court but his victory came more difficult than he was expected. Panellinios made a very good appearance, with Grundi and Argiropoulos being the leaders.
Our team began very strong (1-8), and at the end of the first period the score was 14-21.
