Panathinaikos won Panionios with 91-75, and made the first step, from the three that he needs, to the 2008 finals of Greek Championship. Our team didn’t have any problem to take the very precious victory, and in the whole 40 minutes proved that it was the best team in the court.
Sarounas Jasikevicius made an excellent performance and he scored 19 points, and Dimintris Diamantidis had 14. Panathinaikos took the lead at the 9th minute with 22-15 and 35-25 in 14th minute. Panionios was scoring only with Baxter and Kalambokis, and Panathinaikos had the chance to make the score 76-50, 8 minutes before the end of the game.
