The head coach of Panathinaikos OPAP, Argyris Pedoulakis, stated after the end of the game against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne:
"I believe for 30 minutes we played well, considering it is this time of the season. Missed free throws and rebounds were a big issue for us. In the last quarter, ASVEL was playing with four guards and we did not make the proper decisions. I believe ASVEL was playing very strong on defense, right on the verge of fouling. We did not move the ball properly, and especially on defense, we did not make the right decisions."
