After today's unprecedented decision of the Sportsmanship commission, taken by 3-2 majority, declaring the president of Olympiacos BC, Panagiotis Aggelopoulos, innocent for gestures he made during the 14/10/2013 game between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos at SEF, we learned that:
-The majority can decide without justification
-The unjustified opinion weighs more that the reaoned.
-The arena an official Basket League game is hosted, behind closed doors, but in front of 100 fans, representatives of the organizing League, the Greek police, journalists and which is broadcasted through Europe is "private space"
-The obscene gestures of professional sports companies in an arena are being characterized as sporty behavior consistent with the spirit of sportsmanship, even when watched by whole Greece, since the ones addressed to, are now aware of them.
