Statements after the Euroleague 2014-2015 draw.
Mr.Dimitris Giannakopoulos (Panathinaikos BC Owner): «Our group includes six teams that are all champions in their own countries. That says it all about the degree of difficulty. Our goal is clear, we want to be strong, competitive and our fans to fill OAKA to encourage a team that in each gamee will give 100% of their powers in order to make us all happy. We will face great rivals, whom we respect, we will meet again friends who love and we will be ready for an exciting season with optimism and faith in our team. The Euroleague is a tough process, a marathon, but everything is considered at the end of the season».Mr.Dusko Ivanovic (Panathinaikos BC Head Coach): «I think that our group is the strongest one. At first, Barcelona is champions of Spain, they have great players and they considered as a traditional power in Europe. Fenerbahce is a difficult opponent while the presence of Zeljko Obradovic is particularity according his history in Panathinaikos. Armani Milan had a great season and of course this is a motivation for a better next season. In conclusion our group is difficult, but nothing is easy. Each game will see it separate. The truth is that I believe in our team and our capabilities».
