Panathinaikos announces the two year deal with guard A.J. Slaughter.
A.J Slaughter was born on August 3, 1987 in Louisville, Kentucky, has a height of 1.90 m and struggling to Shooting guard position. After graduating from Shelby County High School, West Kentucky was the one that offered him a scholarship.
In college manages to stand out and become the leader of the group as a sophomore. As a senior he averaged 17.6 points and 4.4 assist. In the summer of 2010 he decided to make the transatlantic trip and Italian team Biella was his first European destination. The next season (2011-2012) 'moved' in Belgium on behalf of Mons, which competed in the Eurocup.
The last three years he played in the French league. Cholet was his first "station" in France. Then he played for Chalon for the next two years and also in the Eurocup. Last year in France he averaged 17.7 points and 4.5 assists in 33.7 minutes, while in Eurocup he averaged 17.1 points and 4.6 assists in 31.16 minutes.
