Panathinaikos adds young prospect Koniaris
Panathinaikos announces the 5 year deal with young prospect Antonis Koniaris.
He was born on Chania, Crete (Sept.30, 1997). He is 1,90m tall and he is playing at the point guard position.
He started playing basketball in A.O Akrotiriou and he was acquired by PAOK in the summer of 2011.
He was 16 years and 12 days old when he made his debute in HEBA- Basket League OPAP with PAOK against Kolossos Rhodes! Koniaris is international playing with the Greek U18 National Team.
He won the bronze medal in U16 Eurobasket (2013) while he was averaged 8.91 points per game and also was third in steals in the competition.
