Panathinaikos BSA announced its collaboration with Power Balance Performance Technology for the next three years, a partnership that was formalized today in the presence of the entire team. After collaborating with the top NBA teams and sponsoring the NBA All Star Game 2011, the company is now also connected to the 6-times European Champion.
The Panathinaikos BSA marketing director, Ilias Katsogiannis, said in his introduction greeting that set off the sponsor’s presentation event: “We are welcoming Power Balance Performance Technology to our team of sponsor. This particular agreement is of strategic importance to our team, since it connects us on marketing level to the NBA. We are going to work together with our sponsor’s colleagues in order to make this partnership absolutely successful for both parties.”
Dimitris Rigopoulos, chairman of power balance Hellas, underlined that: “It is a particular pleasure for Power Balance and 4Q S.A., the exclusive dealers of the company in Greece, to announce its collaboration with Panathinaikos for the next three years. After partnering with top NBA teams and after sponsoring the NBA All Star Game 2011 the company feels particularly honored to be linked to the 6-times – so far – European Champion. I would like to thank the Giannakopoulos family, the technical staff and the players for this collaboration.”
Kostis Kioussis, managing director of the company, read a letter from the chairman of the company in the USA, regarding the partnership with Panathinaikos following that with the NBA. In the letter, the collaboration with the “clover” is characterized as “the next natural step after the NBA, since Panathinaikos is one of the top teams in the world”, to conclude by the following word: “We wish the team and all the fans one more amazing year.”
