Panathinaikos BC and CharityIdols, a non-profit Organization, are pleased to announce the launch of their cooperation.
Panathinaikos BC, who has always been very sensitized regarding social responsibility and involvement issues, has accepted the honorary invitation by CharityIdols and has chosen to support two institutions in Greece.
Firstly, the “Asylum of the Incurable” in Sparta, which is personally selected by Mr. Dimitios Giannakopoulos, who is distinguished for his sensitivity to his hometown where he has done and continues to perform significant work.
And also, the “Department of Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities” in Karditsa recognizing their sacred purpose of social contribution.
Panathinaikos BC will offer regularly balls and jerseys of the team signed by all the athletes for the purposes of CharityIdols.
In continuation the Organization will perform auctions and the profits will support the two aforementioned institutions chosen by Panathinaikos BC.
This is a very important purpose and we should all support it in our way.
What is CharityIdols
CharityIdols is a non-profit organization that aims to enhance charities, by conducting auctions of sports memorabilia and intangible auction via digital platform (www.charityidols.gr).
They also act as an intermediary between celebrities and charitable institutions so as to achieve the objective of economic aid of these institutions.
The innovation of this project, combined with the expertise of the team of CharityIdols, and also the use of new Internet technologies, ensure the proper implementation and promise retribution towards society.
