Kostas Tsartsaris and Charis Giannopoulos visited the City of Athens Homeless Shelter (KYADA) in Koukaki, today at noon. The two Panathinaikos players came to volunteer in a great effort made at the foundation, also supported by COSMOTE, in order to offer families in need with relief, supplying material but also psychological support.
COSMOTE in collaboration with the City of Athens Homeless Shelter , created the “family support program” for families in need. The program is hosted in the Makrygiannis area, in a building owned by KYADA fully refurbished though praise to COSMOTE, which also fully sponsors all expenses for purchase of items provided to the families. In this very area Tsartsaris and Giannopoulos found themselves and volunteered even if for only a few hours. They found themselves amongst other people who offer both time and kind disposition in order to solve even some of the issues these families are faced with in this difficult for our country day and age.
