Panathinaikos BC requests with a letter towards the One-member Justice Committee of HEBA, to be informed of the date on which Georgios and Panagiotis Angelopoulos have been subpoenaed, also wishing to be informed on Girogos Bartzokas subpoena. The letter’s content:
“We would like to be informed of the subpoena date to present in front of your One-Member Justice Committee:
Primarily of Mr. and Mr. Georgios and Panagiotis Angelopoulos, members of the Olympiacos BC administration concerning the content of the false and slanderous statements during the Greek Cup Final after-game Press Conference on February 10th, 2013,
Secondarily of Mr. Giorgos Bartzokas, coach of the Olympiacos BC basketball team, concerning all said towards the Greek League Game 17 versus KAOD BC 1989 commissioner, statements to surface into publicity from the KED Board of referees during the referee draw, which took place February 20th, 2013, for Greek League Day 18”.
