Through FRM service (Fan Relationship Management) the database will build, where the specific Accenture's analysis models will give to the Club the necessary support in order to understand better the profile and the needs of the fans.
Then in collaboration with Accenture, the Club will implement the campaign management system through which targeted campaigns for the fans will be planed and also the loyalty scheme for them will be designed.
