RT Guinn (February 10, 1981, 2.08) arrived this evening in Athens. Having fulfilled his obligations in the Ukrainian league, he landed at the “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport through Munich and is expected to sign his new contract with Panathinaikos tomorrow.
Guinn spoke of a “mythical” team referring to the clover: “It is a huge opportunity for me and I am grateful for this chance that was presented to me. I want to do the best possible for Panathinaikos. I don’t know some of the Panathinaikos’ players personally. I know Ramel (Curry) who is here, who was also competing in the Ukraine but I don’t know anyone else personally. I know of the team however. I can’t wait to meet my new teammates and I would like to be able to help them out. I feel wonderful to be in this team. It is a mythical squad which has conquered numerous titles. It is a huge opportunity for me and I hope to manage to aid the team in conquering yet another title at the end of the season”.
*Today Stephane Lasme remained sidelined again, since he is still feeling discomfort from the athlete’s foot his is facing.
