Gaios Skordilis will be part of Panathinaikos for the following season also. Commenting on his staying with the team the Greek Center stressed: “I am thrilled to be remaining on the team. What we achieved last season was nothing more than a huge motive to work even harder now during the summer but also all through next season, in order to accomplish the goals the team will be setting. It is a great positive aspect that most of the team has remained the same competitive wise but also because we know that we will have the same great atmosphere as we did last year and that is something extremely important. We already know certain things the coach seeks; we know his philosophy and everything will not have to begin from the start, something to surely assist us to quite an extent. What I believe we all aspire towards is to fight alongside one another in order to claim the targets we will be aiming towards”.
