CSKA Moscow finished the regular season on a high note with a 93-86 home victory over Panathinaikos OPAP Athens in a Round 25 makeup game.
Iffe Lundberg led the way with 19 points for CSKA, which enters its Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoff showdown with Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on a six-game winning streak and a 24-10 record. Will Clyburn added 18 points, Johannes Voigtmann scored 15 and Toko Shengelia chipped in 11 points and 6 rebounds as CSKA was in control of the game throughout.
Panathinaikos was paced by Ioannis Papapetrou with 15 points, while Dino Mitoglou had 12 points, Howard Sant-Roos scored 11 and both Aaron White and Nemanja Nedovic had 10 points in the losing effort. The Greens ended up losing nine of their last 11 games to finish with an 11-23 mark and 16th place in the regular season.
