Maccabi continued its late EuroLeague Playoff push and came on the verge of punching a post-season ticket with an 83-95 road win at Panathinaikos in their rescheduled Round 21 game on Tuesday night.
Maccabi took control with a 0-12 run to end the high-scoring first half, then never allowed the hosts closer than 5 points in the second. Derrick Williams paced Maccabi with 17 points and Jalen Reynolds collected 16 points plus 9 rebounds. Nemanja Nedovic was the game's top scorer with 21 points for the hosts.
