Panathinaikos Athens rallied from two 15-point deficits to force overtime and defeat EA7 Emporio Armani Milan 90-77 for its fourth consecutive victory and the visitors' eighth straight loss.
Milan led 40-55 in minute 27 and was still in front 65-72 with 3 minutes left but the Greens finished the fourth quarter with a 7-0 run and won overtime 18-5.
Dwayne Bacon, with 22 points, and Paris Lee, with 15, led the comeback and combined for 16 of the winners' points in OT. Naz Mitrou-Long led Milan with 16 points, while Brandon Davies and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot had 15 each.
