Ian Vougioukas returns to Panathinaikos BC Superfoods after five successful years abroad. The experienced Greek center expressed at paobc.gr his feelings about being once again a part of the Panathinaikos family.
“I am very happy to be back in Panathinaikos after five years, in a team that this year won the Double in Greece and always has high goals, the biggest of all being their return at the Final 4. I want to be again a part of this team and do everything I can to help achieve these three goals” Ian said at first and continued:
“After five years abroad, I am coming back more mature and with greater confidence to offer even more than I did before. I was very fortunate that at my first two years in Panathinaikos we won both the Greek Championship and the Greek Cup and also the Euroleague title. I am lucky now that I am given the opportunity to fight once again for these three titles with the same team”.
Finally, Ian Vougioukas noted: “I look forward to seeing you again in OAKA and relive the atmosphere I have missed so much. See you soon!”
